Boston College Football Recruiting: ATH William Harris Commits To Eagles

Boston College received its second big commitment in as many days as Connecticut athlete William Harris has committed to the Eagles:

Harris, a junior at Choate Rosemary in Wallingford CT, is the 8th ranked recruit in Connecticut. According to his HUDL page he plays strong safety for his school, but given his classification as an athlete he may turn over to offense with the Eagles. At 6'2 200 lbs he would be more of a physical safety, something that BC would be in great need of in the future with the graduation of Sean Sylvia.

Harris is a 3* recruit, and chose the Eagles over Syracuse, Connecticut and Old Dominion. He was recruited by defensive coordinator Don Brown and Frank Leonard. According to 247 he is scheduled to camp at Duke this weekend, it will be interesting to see if he still takes that opportunity and if so will Duke offer?
