Boston College baseball's game at Wake Forest scheduled for tonight at 6 p.m. has been postponed until Saturday at 3 p.m. due to rain. The Eagles (6-30, 0-17 ACC) and Demon Deacons (20-20, 4-14 ACC) will play a doubleheader with the second game starting 40 minutes after the first game concludes.

In a kind gesture, revenue generated from ticket sales during this weekend's Boston College-Wake Forest series will be donated to The One Fund Boston, a fund set up to assist families affected by Monday's bombing at the Boston Marathon. General admission is $5 for all games. Wake Forest staff members will also be on hand to accept contributions from fans who wish to donate during the weekend.

The Eagles will wear decals on their helmets and black armbands in support of the victims and responders of Monday's events.

On campus, the Boston College women's tennis match against North Carolina scheduled for Friday at 2 p.m. has been cancelled, as has the rugby alumni game. The Boston Marathon: The Last 5 vigil planned for 4 p.m. this afternoon at O'Neill Plaza has also been cancelled.

"Due to the developing events occurring in the city of Boston, the vigil planned on Boston College's campus has been CANCELLED in concordance with the requests of BCPD and local law enforcement. We will provide a date for rescheduling upon our earliest convenience. Continue to pray for the city of Boston. #Psalm 23 #BostonStrong"

Still no official word on the status of tomorrow's Jay McGillis Memorial Spring Football Game, though the ACC Digital Network broadcast team is currently stuck in the airport awaiting word from the school.
