Why I chose to play for this college: I wanted to play in a big time conference against great competition week in and week out. My family places great emphasis on education, so I wanted to attend a school that has great academics. I also have family in Boston which made my decision easier.

"Charlie Callinan is just going to be a matchup nightmare for people at the next level," St. Peter's Prep coach Rich Hansen said. "When he's in a full-time regiment of doing what college football players do, he's going to develop at a really good pace. He's going to be a 6-5 nightmare for people."
