Boston College Athletic Director Brad Bates To Hold Football Town Hall

Here is your chance to ask the AD some questions.

Boston College AD Brad Bates has announced that he will be holding two Town Hall meetings with football season ticket holders. The event that will be held before the men's basketball games against Miami (January 16) and Clemson (February 2). The events will give a chance for loyal ticket holders to ask Bates about the state of the football program. Plus if you attend, you get free tickets to the basketball game after the Town Hall meeting. Win, win if you attend.

Though I doubt Bates will answer anything tricky, this is yet another refreshing sign of a new regime in Boston College Athletics. Gone are the days of Gene DeFilippo and his infamous "it doesn't matter what the fans think" mentality. We have seen time and time again that Bates is listening to the fans and making himself accessible to the fan base.

If you can make it, I'd love to hear Bates take on a few things.

1) What has been the feedback from the fan base on the Steve Addazio hire?
2) What are you going to do about BC football's current game day experience?
3) What can you tell us about the hiring process of the football coach?

Hopefully a few fans will show up and actually ask Bates some tough questions. It would be a complete waste of time if fans just lobbed him softball questions about his views on the use of Twitter or what's his favorite panini at Hillsides.

If you can go, sign up, and ask Brad Bates a question, let's see what he is made of.

If you could go, what would you ask him?
