Parker Milner's career won't end with his graduation from Boston College.
The 2013 graduate signed today with the New York Islanders. As an undrafted player, Milner was a free agent and free to sign with any NHL team.
After leading the Eagles to 19 consecutive victories en route to the 2012 NCAA title -- and earning tournament MVP along the way -- Milner quickly came on the radar across the country. Today, he officially joined the pro ranks:

Milner is a positionally sound goaltender who has a real chance to eventually play NHL hockey, and it's about time someone at the pro level recognized his talent. Congratulations, Parker!
