Hockey East Semi Finals To Be Aired On NBC Sports & NESN, Tickets On Sale

Big surprise for those of you in Boston, NESN is actually carrying the Hockey East Semi Finals this weekend. There must have been no Bruins, Red Sox Spring Training, Charlie Moore's Outdoors, Sox Appeal and reruns of the 2011 Red Sox season. So you have that to look forward to.

For those of you with Directv,, you are in luck. Friday's semi final game between Boston College and Providence, and Boston University and Maine will be aired on NBC TV. So if you are out of town and want to hit up a local sports bar that is channel 603.

But can I make a suggestion to you all? Go to the game. Call out of work, spend the day in the city and cheer on your BC Eagles! Tickets are still available so buy them up before those Friar fans do!

Tickets for the 2012 Hockey East Championship are still available at the TD Garden box office, by calling 1-800-745-3000 or visiting www.ticketmaster.com. Ticket prices are $17 and $25 for balcony seats and $30, 37 and $39 per seat in the loge and club sections. Student tickets (located in the upper balcony) are available for $10 when showing a valid student ID, either on campus or at the TD Garden Box Office. Groups of 15 or more are also eligible for a $5 discount on the $17 balcony seats. All discounted tickets must be purchased at the TD Garden Box Office.
