Boston College Vs. Wake Forest: Final Thoughts / Prediction Thread

Back on the road again go the BC Eagles, as they look for their first win on the road of the 2012 season, and their third overall. Wake Forest has been a largely inconsistent team this season with solid wins over UNC and Army (gulp), but like BC were pounded by Clemson and Florida State. Spirits are high for the Eagles players though, as they pulled off a last minute win against Maryland last weekend.

Big Questions

Will the Eagles be able to defend Tanner Price? How about Josh Harris? Okay then what about Michael Campanaro? Or should I say will they be able to defend all three effectively for four quarters? Now that is the questions. What about the BC running game? If Andre Williams gets hurt, what are the Eagles going to do at running back? Is Spaz serious that the third string running back this weekend is defensive back James McCaffrey? Will Alex Amidon have yet another 100 yard performance? Which special teams will we see this weekend, the good one or the bad one? Will the Eagles offense ever go back to the fast pace we saw against Miami?

Lingering Questions

Why was Frank Spaziani 60 yards away from his team during the 4th quarter of last week's game? Are the players actually rallying around Spaz, or are they rallying around each other? Will Brian Favat ever have power in his apartment ever again? Is Bryan Murray the best defensive lineman on the team? Do any of you have any NCAA eligibility left and would like to play running back for the Eagles?

Sam Adams Winter Lager (via cooper.gary)- It's November 1st, and you know what that means right? NO MORE PUMPKIN BEER FOR ANOTHER 10 MONTHS!!!!! Finally you can go to the liquor store, or packie if you are from Massachusetts and find coolers free from "Pumpkinhead" and "King Pumpkin" and "Rotten Pumpkin Juice in your beer". I love Winter Lager, and Sam makes a pretty solid one, especially on tap. It may not be snowing yet, but winter is right around a corner, so buy a twelve pack and plant yourself in front of your TV and prepare to yell and scream at Frank Spaziani.

RAISE UP- Petey Pablo

I was going to look for a really bad rapper that went to Wake Forest, but when I think bad rap and North Carolina the first rapper that comes to mind is Petey Pablo. This song has a really catchy beat, and it makes me want to take off my shirt and wave it like a helicopter--which I have done at a party before. However Pablo is just awful on the mic, and listening to him rap makes my soul die a little at a time. Just listen to it, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize why he hasn't made a successful song in almost a decade.
