Patience is growing thin at Boston College, and Frank Spaziani is almost certainly going to be the ACC’s first coaching casualty this off-season (if he even makes it that long, which this blog isn’t so sure he should). It’s a shame. Coach Spaz promised me we’d hang out if I ever made it up to Boston when I met him at Operation Kickoff this summer. Spaz, if you’re reading this and need a place to crash until you’re back on your feet, I got you.

Miller and McCaffrey Named ACC Women's Soccer Co-Players of the Week (TheACC.com)
McCaffrey played a role in two of Boston College's three goals in a 1-0-1 week, which included a 3-2 upset of No. 1 and then undefeated Florida State on Oct. 18. McCaffrey set up the Eagles' first goal to tie the game 1-1 and then scored in the 67th minute to put BC ahead, 2-1. It was the Eagles' first win over Florida State in 11 games.
