On Wednesday, Flutie applied a life-saving Heimlich Maneuver to assist a man who was choking on food at a local Applebee’s restaurant. While having lunch near the Boston College campus, Flutie noticed another patron was choking and rushed to his aid, dislodging a piece of chicken that was stuck in the man’s throat.
