Here is our week 4 SB Nation BlogPoll Top 25 ballot.

Note: We missed last week's deadline so the deltas are off. Oklahoma is our new #1 this week after the Sooner's 23-13 win over Florida State.

The biggest movers on the week include Florida (up 6), USC, Virginia Tech, North Carolina and West Virginia (all up 4). Michigan State (last week's #13), Auburn (15), Arizona State (16), Ohio State (21) and Central Florida (25) -- all teams that lost in week 3 -- have been dropped from this week's ballot. Those teams have been replaced by Georgia Tech, Clemson, South Florida, Michigan and Iowa State.

Teams encouraging the most disagreement between ballots include USC (5.66), Virginia Tech (5.66), West Virginia (4.95), Georgia Tech (4.95) and Clemson (4.95). The only agreement on this week's ballot comes in the 4-5-6 slots with Wisconsin, Stanford and Boise State.

By conference: 6 Big 12, 5 SEC, 5 (!) ACC, 3 Big Ten, 3 Pac-12, 2 Big East, 1 Mountain West
