HD recapped what was a busy week of recruiting in the ACC, which included two more commitments for Spaziani and the Eagles.
On Wednesday, BC landed defensive end Malachi Moore of Sparta, NJ ($):
"Defensive end Malachi Moore of Sparta (N.J.) Pope John is a relatively new name in the recruiting world, but at 6-foot-6 and 245-pounds, he was not going to stay a secret for too much longer. Moore camped at Boston College for four days last week, received an offer yesterday and decided to end his recruiting process with a commitment to the Eagles."
Malachi also had an offer from Temple and was getting interest from UConn, Rutgers and Miami (Fla.).
The Eagles also received a verbal commitment from Loudon Valley HS (Va.) wideout Harrison Jackson this week. Jackson is a 6-2, 180 WR who had 30 receptions, 400 yards and six TDs as a junior.
Moore and Jackson are commits numbers 6 and 7 for Spaziani and the Eagles, a class that includes OT Jim Cashman, OLB Tim Joy, OG Frank Taylor, TE Sam Grant and OT Win Homer. Welcome to the Heights.
