The Wall Street Journal took a look at national viewership figures for every bowl since 1998 to determine which teams move the TV viewership needle. To no one's surprise, both Florida State and Miami are in the top 5 best TV bowl draws. But take a look at the bottom five, where four of five of the bottom five are from the ACC -- Virginia (-18.3% effect on viewership), N.C. State (-17%), Georgia Tech (-14.7%) and Clemson (-7.9%)
