Great to see the seniors go out with a win on Senior Day. It certainly wasn't pretty. Several bounces just didn't go BC's way today and those two Virginia fumbles that went out of bounds were killer. But a win is a win, the Eagles' fourth straight.
With the win, the Eagles are bowl-eligible for the 12th straight season. If you are scoreboard watching this afternoon, keep an eye on Duke-Georgia Tech and Clemson-Wake Forest. Duke beating Georgia Tech would be a good thing for the Eagles if you don't want to see them travel back across the country to play a WAC opponent in mid-January. Clemson is taking care of Wake Forest at halftime (13-0), but a Tigers loss would also do the trick.
If both Clemson and Georgia Tech win one of their last two games, it looks like BC will be San Francisco bound for the second straight season.
Hopefully Montel Harris is on the mend, after leaving the game with a left knee injury.
