Blogpoll: Preliminary Week 12 Ballot

Blogpoll ballot here. Here is our preliminary ballot for week 12. Only a few changes at the top with the biggest being swapping Oregon for Auburn in this week's top spot. The Tigers have one more win than the Ducks and I wasn't very impressed with UO's escape at Cal. 

One-fifth of our ballot gets the boot this week, including Mississippi State (30-10 loss to Alabama), Arizona (24-21 loss to USC), Utah (28-3 loss to Notre Dame), Kansas State (38-28 loss to Missouri) and North Carolina (26-10 loss to Virginia Tech). Iowa is hanging on by a thread at no. 25, down 13 spots for their 21-17 loss to Northwestern. 

Teams encouraging the most disagreement between our two ballots include Virginia Tech (3.54), Nevada (3.54), Boise State (2.12), Nebraska (2.12) and Michigan State (2.12). As the season winds down, there is less and less deviation between our two ballots from week to week. In four places we reach agreement this week -- #1 Auburn, #2 Oregon, #14 Oklahoma and #15 Arkansas.

By conference: 5 Big 12, 5 SEC, 4 Big Ten, 4 ACC, 3 Pac 10, 2 WAC, 1 Mountain West, 0 Big East.
