Five Eagles Among Phil Steele's Midseason All-ACC Teams

College football guru Phil Steele recently released his midseason All-ACC team

The Eagles placed just two players on the All-ACC first team, one on each side of the ball -- OT Anthony Castonzo and LB Luke Kuechly. RB Montel Harris was a second team pick.

Phil Steele also puts together a third team All-ACC, which basically means you are in the top 1/4 of players in the conference. Yay? OT Rich Lapham and P Ryan Quigley earned third team honors.

Among the snubbees? Kicker Nate Freese. In the ACC, BC's true freshman kicker is tied with N.C. State's Josh Czajkowski for FGs made (making 12-of-14) and has gone a perfect 11-11 kicking extra points. The more astounding stat is that Freese has accounted for more than 41 percent of the Eagles total points this season. If that's not good enough for Phil Steele, then I don't know what is. #Freese4Groza
