Probable Starters (2009-2010 statistics):

The Eagles men's basketball team travel to sunnier climes as the face the Saint Joseph's Hawks in the first round of the USVI's Paradise Jam Men's Basketball Tournament. In their last outing, the Eagles took care of business against St. Francis (NY), winning 72-44 at home. Tyler Roche again led all scorers with 19 points. Corey Raji, Rakim Sanders and Courtney Dunn will rejoin the team in the Paradise Jam as they return from their two-game suspension for an undisclosed violation of team rules.

Saint Joseph's, just like BC, is also 2-0 and has wins over Drexel (in overtime) and Holy Cross. Freshman guard Carl Jones has already been a solid contributor for the Hawks, registering 18 points in 25 minutes off the bench in the win over Holy Cross. His two free throws late in the second half gave the Hawks the win over the Crusaders. Saint Joseph's was picked to finish 10th in the 14 team Atlantic 10 this year by coaches and the media.
