Of the 10 programs still looking for a game or two in 2013, only two -- Arizona and Missouri -- remain from a power conference. The rest: Marshall, Tulane, BYU (x2 if uses the Hawaii rule), Idaho, New Mexico State (x2), CMU, MTSU and Texas State.

The Atlantic and Coastal divisions will remain the same with Syracuse joining the Atlantic and Pitt joining the Coastal. The current primary crossover partners will remain consistent with Syracuse and Pitt becoming primary crossover partners with each other, the conference announced on Friday.
