Basically, UConn and Cincinnati really, really, REALLY don't want to be in the same conference as Houston, SMU, Tulane, Navy and ECU.

With the Big East teetering on the brink of extinction, the likelihood that both Notre Dame and Louisville join the ACC in time for the 2013-14 season has increased.

Boston College finished the 2011-12 fiscal year ranked 6th in revenues, 10th in profit, last in men's basketball and 10th in football in the ACC.

The ACC is set to vote on the Maryland replacement for #14, which could very well be the University of Louisville.
