On Monday, the ACC announced the game times for October 23 and 25. Boston College's #therivalry road game at Wake Forest will kick off at 3:30 Eastern and be televised by ACC RSN. It's the Eagles third straight 3:30 p.m. kickoff.
The game will kick off opposite Georgia Tech-Pittsburgh, which will be broadcast by either ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU. The network will be determined after this weekend's games.
While Boston College has had a good deal of success against Wake Forest in conference play -- winners of 6 of 9 in the ACC series -- two of those three losses have come in Winston-Salem. BC's last trip to Winston-Salem ended with a 28-14 early November loss that put a nice, neat bow on the Spaz nadir of Boston College football.
Pretty light week for the ACC overall, with four teams all idle this weekend. Things kick off on Thursday night when the Hokies host the Hurricanes in an ACC Coastal Division showdown. Syracuse and Clemson, the only two other ACC Atlantic Division teams in action next weekend, get the prime time-ish treatment (7 p.m. on ESPNU).
