What the team lacks in competitiveness against a Top 5 opponent they make up for in creative pre-game warmups.
Boston College baseball is having a forgettable weekend on the diamond. Birdball has already dropped the first two games of their first ACC series of the year against No. 5 Florida State -- 4-0 on Friday night and 9-4 last night. The Eagles could only manage one hit on Friday night, breaking up a Brandon Leibrandt no-hitter bid in the eighth on a John Hennessy single. Last night the Seminoles clinched the series win by jumping out to an early 8-0 lead and holding on for the 9-4 victory.

That was seriously one of the best things I've seen. They had guy sit on another player as the chair umpire, and there was a ball boy break.

Hopefully the Eagles can win at least one set against the Seminoles this afternoon (game is currently live on ESPN3).
