Terps Lawls

Just figured I would share this with you guys, seeing as you all would appreciate it.

I was playing dynasty mode on NCAA Football 14 today (with BC, of course), and noticed some hilarities. I was ranked #3, 8-0 at the time, with the dudes lead by the rocket arm of Chase Retting (otherwise known as QB #11). I was trailing in the polls to 1# Ohio State and #2 Michigan, with #4 Florida State close behind.

While I was playing my game for the week, (I think it was against NC State), the score alert popped up to show the unranked Terps had defeated #1 Ohio State 34-30. I couldn't stop laughing for like 10 minutes. Obviously, the game gets ridiculous sometimes but this was just beyond its own possibilities.

After calming down, I realized that along with the lawls I also got to move up in the polls. Sure enough I move up to #2, with Michigan taking the top spot. Thanks Twerps! Next week rolls by and I'm playing Louisville and wouldn't you know it, score alert pops up and Maryland comes up big yet again, beating the Wolverines 24-10. I'm doubled over by the sheer improbability and hilarity. Not only have they beaten two #1 teams in a row (both games, they were unranked) but they helped move me up to #1. Just hilarious.

Then, the next week, I'm playing the biggest game of the year, #1 BC against #3 FSU. Unfortunately, I lost like 42-31 and I had to rage quit for a while. But when I came back later and advanced to the last week of the year, I noticed Maryland was ranked #18 (having won that week's game, idk against who) and was scheduled to play, you guess it #1 FSU. I'm like, there's no way they can beat three #1 teams in four weeks. That'd just be too ridiculous, even for a video game. Forget the chance of them winning one, or two, but three? No way, I said.

So there I am, beating the snot out of Syracuse in anger over the loss to the Noles, and there it is, the #18 Twerps beat #1 FSU 38-19. I couldn't even laugh at that point, it was just so ridiculous that I had to sit there shaking my head until the play clock ran out on me. Honestly, the possibility of Maryland not only playing three #1 teams in four weeks, but beating them all? Probably 1 in a billion. In fact, the chance for *any* team to do that is crazy small, let alone Maryland. Just hilarious for a video game.

Anyway, just wanted to share what happened to me, hope you guys appreciate :)
