Boston College Football Recruiting: Noah Beh Commits To Penn State Over Boston College

Rich Barnes-US PRESSWIRE

You win some, you lose some.

Scranton Prep (Pennsylvania) strong side defensive end Noah Beh has selected his school for 2014 and it's not Boston College.

Most of the recruiting sites had said recently that Beh had whittled his decision down to two schools -- Boston College and Penn State. However they had also projected that Beh would commit to the Nittany Lions after he visited this weekend. So this news isn't much of a surprise.

In addition to BC and Penn State, the 6-foot-5, 245 pound end claimed offers from Colgate, Connecticut, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Temple, Virginia and Yale.

No knock on Addazio and his recruiting team. This kind of news is inevitable, especially losing a Pennsylvania kid to Penn State. Kind of stings a little though because Beh and Harold Landry would have been a fantastic pair of ends going forwards. Best of luck to Beh at Penn State.

The Eagles' 2014 recruiting class is now 11 strong. Go Eagles!
