On Tuesday, ESPN unveiled a new "This Is SportsCenter" spot called the Birds. If you love the Boston College, Boston College hockey, mascot humor and the Worldwide Leader, this commercial is most certainly for you.

That is Temple University's Hooter the Owl (seriously?) and Boston College's Baldwin the Eagle roaming the halls of the company's Bristol, Connecticut headquarters and flying beak-first into the glass.

Naturally, Hooter (no, come on, really?) is wearing an Temple Owls basketball jersey and Baldwin a BC hockey sweater because ... Temple / Boston College football. Unfortunately for Baldwin, he wasn't wearing the Eagles men's hockey team's gold alternate sweater. Otherwise he would have likely avoided this cruel fate.

In this commercial's deleted scenes, Steve Addazio is seen walking into the glass window on his way to an interview for the UConn Huskies football head coaching position.
