It's Popa's Shoes here once again from State of the U with out latest power rankings. We have Boston College ranked 11th after dropping 3 games the last two week,s but they were all against teams in the top half of the conference. I really like Jackson, Hanlan, and Anderson, and the defense seems to be working but I haven't been able to figure out what is wrong with the Eagles this year. Maybe just a transition year.
