Boston College began its tour of Spain in Madrid when it landed in the capital city at 6:30 a.m. Sunday. The Eagles had an early afternoon practice at a nearby facility and then went on a walking tour of the city, with stops at Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel. The day concluded with a dinner on the Plaza de Santa Ana right outside the hotel's front door.
