Not desperate moves–not yet. But moves, which is why no one should be stunned if the Eagles’ newest running back this week is one of their back-up QB’s. Josh Bordner has the size (6-foot-4 inches, 220 pounds). He has the mind set–known more as a runing (sic) Wildcat QB than as a classic drop back passer–and now he might get the opportunity. Spaziani will spend this last week of training camp looking to see if Bordner, who has been the back-up to starting QB Chase Rettig has the right stuff to join the RB roster which now as Andre Williams as the only experienced healthy running back available right now.

Mark Blaudschun reports BC might try out Josh Bordner at running back.
