Not desperate moves–not yet. But moves, which is why no one should be stunned if the Eagles’ newest running back this week is one of their back-up QB’s. Josh Bordner has the size (6-foot-4 inches, 220 pounds). He has the mind set–known more as a runing (sic) Wildcat QB than as a classic drop back passer–and now he might get the opportunity.
Spaziani will spend this last week of training camp looking to see if Bordner, who has been the back-up to starting QB Chase Rettig has the right stuff to join the RB roster which now as Andre Williams as the only experienced healthy running back available right now.
