Okay gents - would like to keep a running thread here listing your best three candidates for the AD and football HC positions. This is not to imply, of course, that anyone necessarily believes this is necessary. So let's just call it some prudent succession planning that we hope somebody more important than any of us might read.

Let's exercise a little discipline here and limit your list to your top 3 based on (i) overall track record taking into account whatever you think is important, (ii) likelihood of leaving current position and coming to BC, and (iii) likelihood BC can (or will) meet his compensation demands. Pls feel free to state your reasons behind each candidate.

I think this will be worthwhile in showing which names seem to come up the most among realistic candidates.
