Stay connected for news and updates

Only in the ACC would a women's lacrosse team ranked 20th in the country earn the fifth seed in this year's ACC Tournament. The Eagles will face off with the fourth seeded Virginia Cavaliers in the first round of the tournament this Friday, April 20 at noon in Durham. The winner will face the top-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels.

All quarterfinal and semifinal games will be televised on RSN (NESN in Boston). Monday's Championship game will air on ESPNU.

The Boston College women's lacrosse team has a 8-7 overall record so far this season and a 1-4 mark in conference play. Following this weekend's ACC Tournament in Durham, the Eagles have two regular season games remaining -- April 28 vs. Yale and May 1 vs. New Hampshire.
