WVU to Big 12 within a week?
Will Syracuse and Pitt be let out early as well?

I think 2013 is more likely for both Pitt and Syracuse (a year early).
The Big 12 is contractually obligated by its TV partners to have 10 teams, which is why it really needs West Virginia next year.
I’ll bet the Big East works out a deal with the Mountain West to get Boise State a year early so they can still have 8 teams next year.
