Boston College Vs. Virginia Tech: How Are We Watching?
A busy weekend of Boston College sports kicks off today with Boston College men's basketball's 3 PM home game against Virginia Tech. You'll have a few different ways of either listening or viewing this ACC Network game.
Raycom will be syndicating the game through the ACC's footprint, so for those of you in Boston, you can catch the game on NESN. For the out-of-towners, the game will also be broadcast live on Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic in Maryland, Virginia, DC, and parts of Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
The game will also air on one of these regional FOX affiliates:
-- FOX Sports Carolinas (FS Carolinas), covers both North and South Carolina
-- FOX Sports South (FS South), covering Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Kentucky
-- FOX Sports Florida (FS Florida), covering Florida
-- FOX Sports North, covering Minnesota, Wisconsin and parts of North and South Dakota, Iowa and Michigan (though I'm not entirely sure why)
The complete affiliate list can be found here.
The game is also being streamed online at ESPN3.com and your Watch ESPN mobile app.
Finally, if you are on your way to the Frozen Fenway game between BC and Northeastern, you can listen in on the 16-station Boston College IMG Sports Network (WEEI 93.7 FM/850 AM), on Sirius XM Satellite Radio or online at bceagles.com. Meter and Huckaby have the call.
Go Eagles!

Big Ten Hockey Conference, NCHC and Notre Dame are going to fly past Hockey East in terms of national TV exposure. HEA leadership asleep at the wheel.

I wish NESN televised the hockey game instead of basketball.

They have NESN Plus which NESN only uses when the Red Sox and Bruins are on at the same time. They should put Frozen Fenway on that.
