doesn’t seem so to me… he’s going to be a late first rounder so he’ll be playing on a contender, and if he’s seeing 12-16 minutes a game that means the team he plays for expects him to make significant contributions… Although we would all love Reggie to develop into a full-time starter at guard, or miraculously into an all-star, i’d say their prediction seems very accurate
