The Eagles football team wraps up spring camp with the annual Jay McGillis Memorial Spring Football Game. Kickoff is at 1 p.m. and admission is free.

It won't be a full blown game, of course. The spring game will feature some strange scoring system and ultimately won't mean much. But it's your last chance to watch Boston College football for a good four plus months so enjoy it while you can, right?

You can also go check out the BC baseball team as they host Clemson in a doubleheader starting at noon.

I'm not sure what to think

It’s our typical spring game where the defense does really well against our offense. I like the new schemes, but our QBs are seeming to have a rough day.

Rettig did fine I think; about as well as I had expected. To quote our very own BCHysteria from Twitter today, with some more seasoning, he’ll be fine.

The other three QBs (not including Cranmore in this discussion) are absolutely godawful, regardless of who their OC is. Pray that Chase never gets hurt.

I’m not worried, I know we have Suntrup for the future. As for 2011, however…stay healthy, Chase.

BC Won!

Way to start the year! Credit the coaches for not allowing the potential stars to get hurt even before the season starts.
