The Eagles know what they need to do tonight to win the Hockey East regular season title. Win or tie the Wildcats tonight at the Whittemore Center and the Eagles will earn the Hockey East Tournament no. 1 seed and take home their first regular season title in six seasons.
Last night's 4-0 victory also guarantees that BC will finish either 1 or 2 in the Hockey East regular season standings.
Taking a trip around the Hockey East box scores from last night, BU was a 3-2 winner over Northeastern, Maine a 4-3 winner at UMass and Merrimack a 6-1 winner over Providence. UMass Lowell and Vermont skated to a 4-4 tie.

BC won the season series with all three of those programs, going 3-0-0 against UMass and Providence and 2-1-0 against Vermont. Luckily, BC avoids both the #5 Maine Black Bears and the #6 Northeastern Huskies -- both dangerous outs.
BRING IT!
