Video would have been better with less pics of the Herald and Globe and more of BC Interruption.

If Harris comes back, I hope Deuce still gets some touches. He would be a great change of pace back.

If...

the BC running offense consists of giving Harris the ball 300 times next year…I’ll watch the game on tv or espn3.

The carry at 1:26

That run was short, but those cuts inside and the reading of the blocks…makes me weak. Punishing the tacklers was just extra. lol

The video could have been half as long if it was limited to one camera angle / play.

True...

but I was focused on the content, not the creativity.

The graphic on the screen that talked about BC having the 10th best rushing offense in the ACC wasn’t all that flattering, either.

I really don’t get the infatuation with Deuce. Coughed the ball up far too many times, got shut down when faced an elite rush D and most of these highlights were in garbage time.

....

Your posts could have been half as long if you had stated that in the first place. What does it matter if YOU don’t get something? You’re not my psychiatrist are you? You should address your own insecurities and inconsistencies. You seem far more concerned about BC interruption not being highlighted in the video or that there were unflattering graphics about BC. They can’t be any worse than the unflattering comments you have made regarding BC’s offensive line can they? If you’re losing sleep, then please remove the video if it irks you so much.

It’s funny, in an absent minded way, how folks ignore the obvious. Quarterbacks throw interceptions every game, against elite and non elite defenses, but I don’t see the same critics chomping at the bit. An interception is a definite turnover, as opposed to a fumble which you can actually recover, unless you’re Chase Retig who prefers to just look at it on the ground. In any case, I roughly recall 4 fumbles being attributed to Finch…2 in the FSU game(one he never got from Bordner and the second caused in the backfield by an unblocked defender) and 2 in the MD game in the sleet, snow and mud. Ironically, there were a total of 5 fumbles in that game, but you and Spaz have decided to focus on the 2 from the back who gained 243 yards. And before you bash the MD D, in comparison none of the other ACC RBs, alone or as a group, accomplished this.Harris fumbled the ball in the redzone against (WF?) and you could hear the crickets chirping.

There were other games, namely Clemson, Virginia Tech, where he could have gained over a 100 yards, if he wasn’t yanked from the game or if BC wasn’t so far behind, that running wasn’t an option. Was Miami a garbage game? The garbage games were supposedly the frontend of the BC schedule, which they lost and which he barely played.

Deuce carried the load during the toughest BC opponents. His yards per carry speak for themself.

Which elite rush D are you talking about? FSU? Was their actual blocking in that game? What BC back would have done any better without blocking? And ANYONE who knows anything about football will tell you that the run first strategy against FSU was DOOMED from the start.

I like Deuce. Don’t lose sleep over it.

Don’t worry. I won’t. Most of these comments were half-joking, but I seem to have struck a nerve.
