Good to see BC securing a local (New England) commit. I've been something for months that this is the most important thing for the program, establishing a local pipeline instead of relying on California. IIRC Hanlan was one of the biggest targets left on Donahue's 2012 board and it's very nice to have this squared away before the year starts.
