Boston College Vs. Duke: Current Eagles' Performances Against The Blue Devils
Welcome to Duke week. Here's a quick look back at how much success the current Boston College roster has enjoyed when facing the Blue Devils.
Boston College is just 2-12 all-time against the Blue Devils, but this senior class owns one of those two wins -- an 80-74 win over Duke at Conte Forum back on February 15, 2009. Overall, this senior class is 1-4 against Duke, including a 66-65 loss to Duke in the 2009 ACC Tournament.
Trapani has enjoyed the most success against Duke, averaging 13.0 points per game and 6.25 boards a game, but Joe hasn't exactly shot well from the floor in those games. Trapani is averaging just 38 percent from the floor (18-47 shooting), including a dreadful 2-15 shooting from three (13.3 percent).
Jackson's per-game averages are down from his career averages, but that is largely due to playing just 5 minutes in the ACC Tournament game matchup against Duke. Reggie scored 33 points in two games against Duke last season. His performance on the road at Cameron Indoor was Jackson's best individual performance against Duke -- 20 points, 3 rebounds on 8-12 shooting.
Biko has shot pretty well against Duke -- 13-19 FG, 5-6 3FG -- but scored just 10 points last year in BC's two regular season games against Duke. Hopefully Biko is healthy on Thursday and gets some points, especially from three. It will probably be a long, long night for the Eagles if Paris can't go on Thursday.

Rakim Sanders
Let us not forget that Rakim was around for the wins, and was a big contributor in games that were close or we won. Yes we don’t have him, but he was a big force both offensively and defensively. Let’s hope we can stay in front and match their intensity. Thankfully Irving is not in the lineup.
"Around for the wins?"
Around for the win. Singular.
