Here's our preliminary blogpoll ballot for week 3 -- chaos edition. Both Georgia programs are out this week, along with Virginia Tech and West Virginia. Those four programs have been replaced with South Carolina, Arizona, Air Force and Cal.
Teams encouraging the most disagreement between our two ballots include BC (6.36), Florida (5.66), Michigan (4.24) and Oregon (2.83). Jeff and I agree on 1-2 this week (and No. 14 Arkansas), but that's about it.
By conference: 6 SEC, 5 Big Ten, 5 Pac-10, 3 Big 12, 3 Mountain West, 2 ACC, 1 WAC.
