2009 Boston College Football: Wake Forest Gameday Guide

Wake Forest Demon Deacons (2-1) vs. Boston College Eagles (2-1)

Time: 2:00 p.m. EDT
Date: Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009
Place: Alumni Stadium, Chestnut Hill, Ma.
TV: ESPN360.com, or your local game watch
Spread: Boston College -1
Weather: Mostly sunny, high 61 degrees

The Eagles host the Demon Deacons today on Parents' Weekend. This game will go a long way towards showing us what exactly this team is capable of achieving this year. A win takes the Eagles to 3-1 (1-1) with two tough ACC games against Florida State and Virginia Tech on the horizon. A loss sends the Eagles to 2-2 (0-2 ACC) and likely closes the book on any chance the Eagles will make noise in the Atlantic Division race. Jeff and I won't be online during the game. I'll be attending the Chicago gamewatch at Trinity Bar. Use this post to talk about the game and the rest of the day's college football action. Go Eagles!

The season is 1/3 over.

Need to stick with one guy at QB ASAP.

Tuggle’s gotten reps and didn’t do anything to win the starting job. Stick with the guy who played well this week.

Very lucky to pull that one out… I caught the end of the game on ESPNEWS, Shinskie looked capable but not great. Good to see the D creating turnovers, especially in crunch time. Just glad to have an ACC win under our belt and looking forward to Florida State next week!
