Tough, Tough Loss and Marathoning

Tough, tough loss. And a costly one. I'm assuming Megwa is now out for the season. We looked great on two sides of the ball and continue to look lackluster on offense. And in typical BC fashion, our kicking game continues to haunt us with Aponavicius missing kicks from 21 and 37 yards. We'll have what feels like a short week as we prepare for Notre Dame on Saturday night.

Fortunately, one other ACC game broke our way. Florida State couldn't take out Georgia Tech in Atlanta, losing 31-28. Maryland is now alone atop the Atlantic Division standings. Wake was able to defeat a scrappy Duke team in overtime 33-30. Boston College drops to 5th place in the Atlantic standings with the loss. Disappointing.
