BC and UNH are currently knotted at 4 goals a piece in the first of two Hockey East semifinal games. BC was down 4-1 but battled back to tie the game at 4. The game is currently set to start the 3rd overtime period. 1 2/3 games haven't been enough to decide this contest.
BC goals from Bertram, Gibbons, Smith and Whitney. In typical BC fashion, Boston College is outshooting New Hampshire 66-49.
The second Hockey East semifinal, Boston University vs. Vermont, was supposed to start at 8:00pm. It will hopefully start sometime before midnight ... stay tuned for an update.
